5. Fair use of bookings and services

7. Partner & business guidelines
For venues, coaches, and partners:

- Treat users fairly and professionally.
- Do not cancel bookings without valid reason.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Payments & transactions
- Use only approved payment methods within Playymate.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform systems for unauthorized transactions.
- Do not engage in fraudulent or suspicious payment activity.
- Report any suspicious behavior immediately.
9. Privacy & personal data
- Respect others' privacy.
- Do not share personal contact details without consent.
- Do not misuse, store, or distribute personal information.
- Do not record or photograph others without permission.
10. Safety first
- Follow all safety guidelines provided by Playymate or partners.
- Report unsafe venues, coaches, or users.
- Avoid risky or dangerous behavior during activities.
- In case of emergency, contact local authorities immediately.

If you encounter any issue such as:
- Harassment or abuse.
- Unsafe behavior.
- Fraud or suspicious activity.
- Inappropriate content.
You can report it via the app or contact support.
