1) Eligibility

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must not share OTPs, passwords, or verification codes with anyone.
- We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
3) Community and acceptable use
PlayyMate is a social platform. You agree that you will not:
- Post abusive, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
- Spam, scam, impersonate, or mislead other users.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Use automated tools/bots to misuse the platform.
4) Bookings, venues, and services
- PlayyMate may allow you to book venues, classes, coaches, or experiences.
- Availability, pricing, and booking rules may be set by third-party providers.
- We may act as a platform/marketplace and not as the direct service provider.
5) Payments (if applicable)
- If payments are enabled, you agree to pay applicable charges for bookings or services.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
- Refund and cancellation rules may apply based on the booking type.
6) Content ownership
- You own the content you post (photos, text, videos).
- By posting on PlayyMate, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
- You confirm you have rights to post the content you upload.
7) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable laws.
8) Disclaimer
PlayyMate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayyMate and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
